About me...

In 2001 I earned a Master's in Interaction Design at Carnegie Mellon after completing a BFA in Industrial Design at Michigan. I was interviewed by Innovations magazine as an "up and coming designer". I also wrote a chapter for the book Thoughts on Interaction Design, and published an article about rich experiences for Boxes and Arrows. Most recently, last fall I taught a class on interface design at San Jose State University and spoke at the IDSA World Design Congress, where I proposed a new framework for digital aesthetics.
