This site is a continual work in progress. It was initially completed in accordance with web standards, following advice from books and sites listed below, on a 2006 Apple Macbook with a 20" Acer widescreen glossy display (1680 x 1050), over a very rainy weekend in February of 2007 in Menlo Park, California.
